Wu Dongping, the vice president and secretary general of the China Trademark Association, the director Li Yi and the deputy director Dong Qingxiang of the Membership Department visited Beijing Tengyu Law Firm on August 28, 2024. The two sides held an in-depth and fruitful meeting on the core issues of the intellectual property protection, trademark registration and management strategies, trademark brand protection mechanisms, and overseas intellectual property layout and defense strategies. The purpose of this meeting is to deepen cooperation within the industry, promote information exchange, and jointly explore how to more efficiently serve the trademark right owners, and promote the professionalization and refinement of the trademark legal services. The China Trademark Association has established a platform for study, communication and mutual development for the trademark industry.
Liu Li, the director of the Management Committee of Beijing Tengyu Law Firm warmly welcomed the Secretary General Wu and the delegation. She briefly introduced the firm's history, operation status, overseas intellectual property layout and protection, service areas, intellectual property personnel composition, development direction, and the management of the firm. She also expressed her expectation that the China Trademark Association can organize more high-value activities to promote the communication and cooperation inside and outside the industry, and jointly promote the prosperity and development of China's trademarks.
The vice president Wu Dongping shared the latest work dynamics of the Association and the cutting-edge trends in the industry . He made an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities the trademark legal services is facing and put forward a series of innovative strategies and suggestions, which demonstrated a high level of professionalism and forward-looking strategic vision.
